My intentions are to share interesting, helpful, useful information to keep you and your loved ones healthy. I welcome guest bloggers who have experienced health benefits of herbal, natural and shamanic remedies that have worked.

My own journey started with a wrong diagnosis that led me down the road to desperation, homelessness and risk of death.

I over came most of the serious health problems caused by modern western medicine with herbs, medicinal's, shamanism and natural healing modalities. I feel it is my duty to help others learn self reliance and about the old ways of healing that are tried and true.

My health continues to improve thanks to mentors, spirit guides, Susan Weed and other healers who have shared their wisdom and teachings. I hope to share these valuable resources with you.
